CDMHA Hosts Haldimand LL Finals
The CDMHA is proud to host the 2016/17 Haldimand Local League Finals.
Please find the rules below.
All officials of the game must agree, understand and sign these rules as laid out BEFORE the semi final and championship games commence.HALDIMAND HOUSELEAGUE
Semi Final and Championship Games
Novice – Atom – Peewee – Bantam – Midget
- All OMHA Rules apply.
- All Haldimand House League Rules apply.
- All regular season games must be played.
- At this time the points will be tallied and the top 4 teams from all divisions (A & B) will playoff in a semi final game.
- Semi Finals will be hosted by the first place and second place teams providing these centers still have their ice in.
- Home Team will supply sweaters in the event of a colour conflict.
- Semi Final games will be 1st vs. 4th and 2nd vs. 3rd.
- All games will be 3 x 10 minute periods. Except Midget 10-10-15
- One 30 second timeout per game per team.
- In the event of a tie, there will be a maximum of 3 x 10 minute periods of sudden victory hockey played. First goal wins. If the game is still tied after these overtime periods, the game is over and another game must be rescheduled and played ASAP.
- Winner of the semi final games will go on to play in the Haldimand Championships.
- Each team must provide an approved roster.
- All officials of the game must agree, understand and sign these rules as laid out BEFORE the semi final and championship games commence.
- This format was prepared and agreed upon by all Haldimand Local league centers.
- Gate Fees remain the same as in league play.
