The CDMHA is looking to recruit aspiring goalies!
MONDAY, JANUARY 15, 2017, at 5:30 p.m.CDMHA is hoping to encourage goalies to join our team! For the first time, our Board will be running a mentoring/development night that will bring out current goalies of different ages and levels who will suit up and mentor any aspiring goalie of any age.
If your child has expressed an interest in being a goalie, then this will be a great opportunity to meet several other goalies within the CDMHA! Your player will have the opportunity to try on some goalie equipment and receive a few pointers from established coaches and current players.
Two goalie coaches and Board members will be on site to answer any questions that families may have surrounding our current CDMHA supplemental support program that reimburses all goalie families up to $300 for personal development with an accredited goalie coach. Further, we will also be able to answer any questions your family may have regarding the loaning of equipment to your player(s), if they decide to move forward as a goalie.
Lastly, other goalie families may also be on site to mentor parents who may have questions surrounding being a goalie parent, recommend particular goalie schools, etc.
