The roster is needed to ensure player and coaching staffs names are printed in the program. Final OMHA or equivalent approved rosters will be required to be provided before the tournament start date.
PLEASE NOTE: Per OMHA policy a teams spot in the tournament is not confirmed until payment is received and confirmed. Filing an application does not confirm a spot in the tournament, payment does.
Early bird payment must be received before September 1 to receive the discounted rate.
