Team Burgundee win First Two in Hagersville Tournament
After coming off a disappointing 4-1 loss to Cayuga, Team Burgundee headed back to the ice Thursday and Friday to play their first two games of the Hagersville tournament.

The coaches decided to try some new line combinations and they have looked great so far. The first game was a 8-1 win against Port Dover. The team passed and cycled the puck very well which resulted in numerous good scoring opportunities. Jordan Guetter (2), Jean Cloete, Connor Dufour, Evan Regnerus (2), Tommy Woodhouse, and Neale Stephen all scored goals. Almost every player on the team collected at least one point which is evidence of the great team effort. Team Burgundee's second game was against Paris. Again the team played very well resulting in a 4-1 win. Connor Dufour, Neal Stephens, Evan Regnerus, and Jean Cloete scored the goals with Charlie Cooper, Jordan Guetter (2), and Neal Stephens collecting the assists. Unfortunately, the team tied for first overall in their pool and lost the tie breaker so they will now play in the B final on Sunday.
