CDMHA Awards
Every
year CDMHA likes to recognize those individuals and teams who have gone above
and beyond or display qualities worthy of recognition.
Please take a look at the CDMHA website under CDMHA Awards and nominate those players or coaching staff that deserve to be recognized at the awards ceremony this year. Please ensure that you take a look at the criteria and complete all the required details. Also, please note that we would like to receive one nomination per team for the CDMHA Excellence Award.
