The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 3 May 2021 and will be
a virtual meeting due to COVID restrictions. 
The following Board positions will be up for nomination at that time:   
Vice President of Local League Operations (in order to be nominated for this position a person would have had to been on the board for a period of 1 year); 
Vice President of Business Operations (in order to be nominated for this position a person would have had to been on the board for a period of 1 year); 
Treasurer (in order to be nominated for this position a person would have had to been on the board for a period of 1 year); 
Secretary (in order to be nominated for this position a person would have had to been on the board for a period of 1 year);   
There are 15 other board positions:   
Discipline Chair 
Coach Development 
Player Development 
Gate and Time Keeping Convenor 
Webmaster 
Equipment Manager 
Tyke Convenor (on and off ice) 
Rep/AE and Local League Convenor (7)
