Crossfit Attain

CrossFit Attain was founded in June of 2012 by Coach Nic McCollum out of his 576 sq.ft. garage which he then converted into Caledonia's first CrossFit Box. Within one year we have moved into our new box(gym) which is well over double the size of our previous location! We offer a functional fitness regimen to our Athletes who range anywhere from age 17 to 60+. Our main objective is to break down the barriers and misconceptions that people need to be fit to participate in our classes. CrossFit Attain is for anyone who wants to better their lifestyle through fitness, hard work and dedication. Our goal is to become a power house in the CrossFit scene as well as a renowned name in fitness within the Golden Horseshoe. We have also set our sights on offering yoga classes in the very near future.×
