It was 40 years ago when Paul Herrewynen decided to get into business for himself. Working in construction since he was 16, Herrewynen was good at building things and thought that could make a nice career for him. Soon after, his younger brother Len joined him. They know what we expect and that is the best.” While business has been through some peaks and valleys, the business has persevered and thrived building houses within a 15 to 20 mile radius around Simcoe. “I’ve always thought I live in the most wonderful area in the world,” Herrewynen said. As more people discover what a beautiful area Norfolk County is, big businesses are coming in and setting up shop. “But we’re different,” Paul says. “The important thing is we take time with our customers to create a design that they want.
