U11 Select Make Newmarket Tournament Final
This past weekend the U11 Select team attended the Christmas Cup Tournament in Newmarket. The boys fought hard going 3-0 and finishing first in the round Robin defeating The Innisfil Winterhawks (6-1), Markham Waxers (7-0) and The Newmarket Renegades (9-1).
Next up were the Bradford Bulldogs in the semi-final, where our U11 Select team battled all game and defeated the Bulldogs 5-2 giving them a birth to the Tournament Final vs The East York Bulldogs. Unfortunately the team fell short losing 8-1. Everyone is so proud of the hard work and effort the team put in all tournament. Lets go Thunder!
