Thunder Families,
The CDMHA will
be using the SportsHeadz app to complete attendance and COVID-19 Screenings
prior to every team activity.
All teams will begin to use this new system in the next week. The app functions through our Caledonia Thunder Website and will allow our coaches and conveners to ensure all the health checks have been completed.
U9 PARENTS and above: Please download the SportsHeadz app from your app store to your mobile device and register with your preferred email address. Your team Webmaster will be registering you with your preferred email address.
The Health Check will ask you a series of COVID-19 screening questions to be completed on the day of your team event (practice/game).
