Jackets make it two in a row
The Caledonia Yellow Jackets played their best game of the year so far beating Hagersville 4-1 Saturday night.

This time it was the line of Justin Anderson, Brenhyn Gavey and Reuben Hill (who also received the player of the game award) that led the way. Anderson scored a beautiful goal with a one time slap shot on a pass from Reuben Hill which opened up the scoring. Aaron Oppertshauser scored the second goal late in the second period with a nice wrist shot to the top right corner of the net. Gavey then added two goals in the third period. The first was on a nice pass from Hill and the second was a quick unassisted wrap around goal. Chris Chmiel was again solid in the net not allowing a goal until the last minute of the game. The defensive pair of Shane Williams and Alex Chmiel were also outstanding keeping attackers to the outside and moving the puck quickly out of the zone. The Jackets now have a week off until they play Caledonia 3 next Saturday.
