Lessons learned in Wasaga Beach Tournament
The Yellow Jackets played a weekend tournament Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 in Wasaga Beach. Despite only having 9 players,
the team worked hard and had a lot of fun on the weekend. Though the Jackets did not win a game, by playing larger and more aggressive teams they definitely learned the importance of getting the puck deep in the offensive zone and being more aggressive going after the puck. Players of the game were Brenhyn Gavey, Aaron Oppertshauser, and Chris Chmiel.
